I gave up on a local dealer, who made me wait a week each to test two models taken on holiday by staff. Priorities are different at Dick Lovett: Sophie Allen gave me a test drive the same day, knew everything about the car, and went the extra mile.

I asked for you to price up some work while it was there, you didn't, asked when I picked up the car and said you would be in contact, you haven't been. No call to say the car will be delayed, no call to say I can pick the car up.
