A slight negative was being made to wait an extra 20-30 minutes for the return of the car after an MOT. The car was ready and outside the entrance but a delay, caused by a meeting, meant waiting the extra time (staff member did apologise though).

Everyone was friendly. There was a comfortable waiting area where I could work. The service did take longer than I expected though, and I would have appreciated more updates while I waited.

Had issue with the vehicle health check indicating car tyres were below the legal limit as the tyres were left unreplaced when the car was bought from them as approved used, issue was resolved amicably!

Ashley was amazing to me. He made sure I was taken care of when I was there and also kept me updated over the phone. When he wasn't in he made sure someone else updated me. He even ran after me to give back a hoodie I left. Amazing service!
