The technician did not turn off the service light following the service so I have to bring the vehicle back. I pay a premium when I take my car to BMW so I expect things to be done properly and it has not been. It should have been checked.

For seven years we have experienced a gradual deterioration of service, with purchases, after care and servicing, mots etc littered with issues. Never any follow up or genuine care - just constant on trying to convince customers to vote 9 or 10!

I was told 2 weeks for repair and when we phoned 2 weeks later we were told that the part was on back order with no planned delivery. No communication at all and no hire car. 1.5 days later we were phoned to say the car was ready for pick up.

Was told a warranty repair would take 1/2 a day, on the day I was told two do had to get a taxi home, repair took three days. I was told the car would be returned clean, it was returned dirty, I had to make all the calls for progress updates

Given health check sheet that didn't match my tyres make, nor the mm's wear on tyres. Items batt, wheel align, seatbelts, marked as N/C. This document seemed made up. When requested an optional A/C service decision, l decided not to proceed.
