Claire and the reception staff were all really friendly and helpful when my car was broken down. It's a shame it was so expensive to fix but the staff were all great and no complaints about the customer service.

Lloyd the service advisor was fantastic. He phoned the day after my car was recovered to the service centre. He let me know what was to be done in diagnostics, repairs and of course the cost. He continued to keep me updated throughout. 10/10

Everything sorted on my car in good time which was good. And the assistant was friendly enough. But I was really disappointed that you didnt clean my car despite me confirming on two occasions I wanted it. I expect it at this premium cost.

Really great service from Ethan, and he did everything he could; but Dick Lovett still failed to sort the flickering panel lights, and it took a very long time to sort everything out, although it appears we have got there in the end!?

Only a 4 star due to the long wait. My car was booked in for a service at 8:30am and it wasn't ready until 11:45am. I was informed on two occasions that my car wouldn't be much longer and that was at 10:00am. Staff were amazing and 5 star.

Very good representative, she was very helpful. Unfortunately due to the time I had to wait I got very cold (I suffer with raynaud's), so my hands and feet became quite painful.

Everything was great apart from the delay between receiving confirmation via text and email that my car was ready and my car being available to me - was over 30 minutes which I felt was too long given it was a sit and wait booking.

Booking made some 2 weeks prior. Second seatbelt needed replacing yet part had to be ordered overnight. Neither letter nor reception advised I could be left carless. However, Lloyd Martin went over and above sorting transport home as no courtesy car

Clare, in service dept was excellent. However, when I made the booking, I was told that the service would take a few hours from a 12:30 drop off. I therefore decided to wait ( apart from a quick visit to the shopping mall). Car was ready at 4:45

I booked it in for recall and was asked to arrive at 0830hrs. After asking twice I was given no indication of when it would be done. The staff did not care and just said I had to wait around all day. I left with my car at 12 noon dissatisfied
