I brought car for a recall. Start motor. The car was cleaned which I was pleased with. I requested a quote to have the two inside wheels refurbished when I arrived. When I came to collect the car the assistant knew nothing about the quote.

Had moisture in my rear light , since having it jet washed by BMW months earlier , and then immediately you say you want to charge me £180 diagnostic test . ?? Have since seen more re bmw cars with same problem , this is a bmw fault

Staff were polite and efficient. The job was done quick. They phoned me when it was ready. There was no rush for me to collect it. it was a safety recall so I have peace of mind into the bargain.
